As individuals age or when they are diagnosed with a health concern, completing essential activities of daily living independently can become difficult. The result can be bedsores, malnutrition, depression and other mental and physical health concerns.
ADL Services Provided:
- Showering or bathing
- Brushing teeth, shaving and combing hair
- Buttoning shirts, tying shows and managing zippers
- Transferring in and out of a bed or chair
- Getting to the toilet or managing incontinence
While most of these tasks seem simple, they are essential to healthy living and must be completed successfully on a regular basis in order for an individual to remain independent.
The amount of assistance a person needs with ADLs is as unique as the individual. While some Denver seniors cannot complete any of these tasks independently, others only require help with one or two things or can manage them all independently with standby supervision. While your information is always kept confidential, with your permission, we can share it with whomever you choose. Our Care Managers remain on call 24/7 and are available to answer your family member’s questions or address any concerns or emergency situations.

This is the fastest way to ensure that you receive the medical care you need to recover for an illness or injury.
