Currently, Debbie serves as the co-chair for public policy and regulations with CHAPCA, advocating for policies that benefit hospice care patients and hospice care agencies. Under her direction and leadership, Debbie co-founded Salus Hospice in 2015 and leads the organization through continued Medicare licensure and Joint Commission Accreditation, actively working to maintain their high standards for patient care and excellence.
