Later, she served as a social worker and case manager for Services to Maintain Independence at the Department of Social Services for one of the largest counties in North Carolina. In that role, her goal was to assist clients who wished to age in place, providing them with resources, information and support that made it easier to safely remain at home. Today, Christine's role has shifted, and she focuses on providing families and seniors with support through digital media platforms as they navigate information, search for tools to overcome isolation and find ways to stay more connected to society while aging in place. Christine is passionate about helping seniors to maintain independence and providing families with the information they need to overcome challenges associated with dementia, physical health conditions and the aging process.
