    Yes. Salus Homecare of South Bay can provide services very quickly after the intake assessment is complete. Simply call our office or have your discharge planner contact us to schedule a consultation, and we can discuss your discharge date and when services will be needed.

  • Do you file with my insurance company for payment?

    Yes. Salus Homecare of South Bay handles all billing through our main office. We will file with your private insurance company, Medicare, Medi-Cal or the VA, and you will only be billed if there is a balance left after they provide reimbursement.

  • If my nurse cannot come for a visit, do I have to wait to receive care?

    No. Salus Homecare of South Bay requires all of our home health professionals to keep us updated about any schedule changes. If there is a last minute change or emergency, our care managers are always on call and ready to coordinate backup care.
