Can services be put in place in time for my hospital discharge at the end of the week?
Yes. Salus Homecare of South Bay can provide services very quickly after the intake assessment is complete. Simply call our office or have your discharge planner contact us to schedule a consultation, and we can discuss your discharge date and when services will be needed.
