Salus Spiritual Support During Hospice Care

There are many ways to think about spirituality from viewing it as an organized religion to referring to it as an honoring of self and inner reflection. In hospice care, a patient often comes closer to their spiritual side, reflecting on their own beliefs and ideas related to purpose and connection. This deep contemplation often results in a lot of questioning, a desire to reconnect with loved ones from the past and even feelings that range from joy to sadness. At Salus Homecare of Salt Lake, our hospice chaplain is prepared to help you recognize the importance of nurturing your own spiritual side.
