Salus provided high quality and compassionate care to my Mom while she was in hospice for an unusually long time, 15 months. Visits by the nursing staff kept me informed of my mother's well being and any changes required for her care. Both the nurses and doctor made routine visits and worked very well with the long-term caretakers my mother had for several years before hospice. My mom was very well taken care of and I was able to provide her with her wishes ... to die at home surrounded by love. Salus was an instrumental part of this wish. I would be happy to talk with anyone considering hospice .... I have had extensive interactions with the management, financial and direct care staff. They are solid providers and I have no hesitancy providing a recommendation.

The home where Ron stayed was excellent the staff there was excellent too, made me feel like my mom was around like when we were kids at home; very warm.

This company came highly recommended to me from a past employee of the company! We signed up at 4 pm and at 7 pm we had someone starting their 12 hour shift and the guy came from an hour away. I feel terrible that i cant remember his name but he was GREAT! The Case manager was amazing, as well. Everyone is so compassionate and understanding and knowledgeable and helpful. I was so happy I had them and don't know what I would have done without them. You don't have to go this alone. I would totally recommend this company. In fact, my mom's friends have asked for the number. What was most impressive to me was that all of a sudden the caregiver said to me, "He's going now" I was like "What?" then he said did you just see that? (Dad took a breath) and that was his last. Hopefully there will never be another need but if there is, I will call Salus. I just wish they had a more memorable name because I can never remember it.
