There were many restrictions during COVID that limited visits at the assisted living facility. At 100 years old, my mom needed more help than was permitted by family. I thought everyone I dealt with was caring and professional. If supplies did not arrive by mail, someone from the hospice would drive them over. If I needed to speak with a nurse, I would be called back promptly. Everyone was so loving when taking care of my mom.
