I can count on her to answer my call and to follow through until I have the care I need. She understands the necessity of providing not only good care, but care that is tailored to each person she works with. She follows up to be sure that everything is in order and that I am happy with the caregivers. The quality of caregivers is excellent as well - well trained, kind, focused. Your caregivers took such good care of our dad. It wasn't easy to trust anyone other than family with him. They knew exactly how to handle him and did so with respect and great compassion.
