The caregivers were also on time and accommodating. Our last caregiver, was exceptional. She was both professional and nurturing. Our case manager, was wonderful. Often coming out to our home to check on my mother, and overseeing the care staff. She also visited my my mother in the hospital when she was there. She has gone above and beyond her professional duties. She has make herself available to our family and she has provided excellent care.
Jo & Mary S. February 3, 2014Our case manager was really outstanding. She was knowledgeable and tried to work with us through the situation. This all started the week of Thanksgiving which complicated service and contacts. However, we were well cared for and Salus was responsive with no gaps. The 24/7 care person was super and my parents responded well to him. My dad was the complicated one and yet our case manager worked through the complexities well. We got caught in the new Calif. law changes that ran the costs into too high a range. Our case manager still tried to work with my dad but he wouldn't even work with me on costs. He found a way for 24/7 care that is yet to be proved and we know that we can call Salus in an emergency at any time. I'm only sorry that the new costs were so high because being remote from my parents I can trust the Salus service. Thank you. Jo and

Judy G. January 14, 2014The two main caregivers were excellent caring for me in my cast and taking me to Dr. appts. Especially appreciate their help walking and caring for my little dogs. Always on time with one or two small exceptions (traffic). My case manager is the Best. I would definitely recommend your agency.

Pj 2 L. January 6, 2014While all the caregivers were nice and caring, it took a while to find the one that worked for us. Thank you for working with me through that. Once we found the right caregiver for my father, my fathers recovery went great. He spoke English clearly, cared about my father's recovery, was attentive, correctly implemented things that were asked of him, had common sense, was knowledgeable about rehabilitating the body/ muscles and the brain. He did NOT leave my fathers side when he was a fall risk. He was able to keep my father motivated and on task. He was always on time and professional.
Jean M. January 4, 2014Your staffing supervisor in the office is awesome. She always takes my calls and handles the care of my mother beautifully. The male caregiver goes beyond the call of duty and "loans" my mom money for parking even. Fabulous staff!
