I very much liked working with our Case Manager. She was very receptive to my mother's needs. Whenever there were any issues, she took care of them. My mother and I also felt that our caregiver was a very wonderful care worker. She was on-time every day. She was neat and clean. She was professional. She was courteous. She is very caring and sweet. She is a hard worker. When she arrived, my mother was very distressed because my father recently passed. Our caregiver was a very stabilizing person in her life. I would come to see my mother on the weekends and I could see how she gradually calmed down with the presence of your caregiver. Thank you very much for all your help and support.

Although our time with Salus was short, it was invaluable. They were attentive to the patient. We found the employees of Salus kind, caring, attentive and always arriving on time. During a critical time, they were more attentive and proactive than hospice. Keep up the good work.

My case manager was my first contact with Salus. She blew me away with her knowledge and ability to get things done. She made many suggestions for my mom's comfort, and was kind, compassionate, and always available if help was needed. She made me feel confident, without a doubt, that I would hire Salus for my mom's care. I came to consider her a friend that I could always talk to about any problem, or just to talk about the difficulties of the situation. She hugged my mom a lot, and my mother loved her too. Our main caregiver, was like an angel sent to us and made our lives so much easier. Her compassion and patience were remarkable. She was always concerned with keeping my mom clean and comfortable at all times. She also has a loving personality and was easy to talk to and confide with. Our weekend caregiver was also a loving and compassionate caregiver. I liked her very much. My mother was meticulous and was sometimes a difficult personality in her final months. Our caregivers never lost their patience and treated my mom with love and respect always. My mother did not at all like the idea of caregivers in her home at first, but they won her over. Every person I dealt with at Salus was amazing. I consider their arrival in our lives as a gift from God. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Salus to anyone looking for a caregiver for their loved one.
