Salus was a breath of fresh air after my mother’s recent hospitalization. The discharge team at the hospital gave me a list of Medicare Approved agencies to choose from. I used the online ratings of previous patients to inform my decision about which agency to choose. My mother’s PCP had chosen another agency but I rejected them because patient care was lacking. Every single person who I have met/spoken with at Salus has been knowledgeable, kind, and professional. We have since switched to Salus Hospice Care.
