Both clinicians were always pleasant and respectful while helping my 100 year old mother. They were always very personable while advising on exercises making the visits very enjoyable, not dreaded in the least. Their gentle care in assisting her to complete exercises was appreciated as were their after care suggestions. I also appreciated that your therapists are not contract hires as we have had past experience with companies who contract our their work. While their services were good, the communication regarding care was not as cohesive nor as efficient. All and all we had a very nice experience with Salus and we would definitely request them in the future should a referral for home health care be needed.
