On behalf of my family, we would like to thank you all for your hard work and dedication, putting your amazing skills to work in handling end-of-life care for our dearly loved father, Curtis Holmes. Our father passed away Tuesday morning, 10/3/23, peacefully in our home. All I could think was how grateful my family and I are to have all of you and your team with us until the end. The care you all provided from start to finish was priceless and paramount. It was exactly the expedient change we needed within that crucial period of time. We can’t thank you enough. THANK YOU TO OUR NURSING STAFF, SOCIAL WORKER, CHAPLIAN, EQUIPMENT DELIVERY STAFF AND COORDINATORS.

I was very pleased with the care my husband received even though we only had hospice care for 2.5 days. At least he passed at home, that was his biggest wish.
