The care was wonderful but I just wish it could be longer because it was helping and now it’s done. I need so much more.

Long Term Nursing Care FAQ's

If you don’t see your question, please give us a call: (888) 725-8742

Salus Homecare of Los Angeles never charges a cancellation fee or requires you to sign a contract. If you or your doctor no longer think our services are needed or the best choice, simply notify us to cancel them. You will only be charged for the services you use up to the termination date.

Salus Homecare of Los Angeles works hard to ensure that care is consistent, but sometimes it is necessary to have more than one nurse or therapist in your home. This may be due to your scheduling requests, because each has a different area of expertise, or it could be because a backup nurse or therapist is needed due to a primary nurse’s vacation or illness. Regardless, we will always ensure that your health needs are met and that you are completely comfortable with the professionals entering your home.

The care plan is a document that is developed during the intake process. It addresses your specific needs, goals and preferences and provides an outline for our Orange, Ventura and Los Angeles County nurses and therapists to follow when they are providing you with care. The care plan is developed collaboratively with input from you, your doctor and a care manager, and it can always be modified if your needs change with time.
