Our family used the Salus Company for 6 years of wonderful caregivers in my mother's home. When she needed more care, they found us a lovely board and care home with a great owner and 3 nice caregivers. As my mother' s health declined, Salus found us a great doctor and we initiated the hospice process. The Salus Hospice team was amazing! I met with the nurse, Maria Rienzo, at every visit. She was informative, compassionate, and communicated extremely well to my mother''s 3 caregivers and to the doctor. She made sure my mother was comfortable and ordered anything she needed. My mother and our family also received great emotional support from the social worker, Mary Hackman, Mary was a rock star!

This was a very difficult time , my mother's hospice team helped our family navigate with confidence and ease. My mother only had hospice care for less than 1 week but it was EXCELLENT. From the support we got in the ER, to the quick set up of our home, to the carefully described process, to the lovely nurses, responsive doctors and empathetic SW. My mother's end of life was as dignified as it could possibly have been. Thank you Salus! We cannot express our gratitude enough.
