On behalf of my family, we would like to thank you all for your hard work and dedication, putting your amazing skills to work in handling end-of-life care for our dearly loved father, Curtis Holmes. Our father passed away Tuesday morning, 10/3/23, peacefully in our home. All I could think was how grateful my family and I are to have all of you and your team with us until the end. The care you all provided from start to finish was priceless and paramount. It was exactly the expedient change we needed within that crucial period of time. We can't thank you enough. I was very pleased with the care my husband received even though we only had hospice care for 2.5 days. At least he passed at home, that was his biggest wish.

I’ve had 6 right knee surgeries so far and I’ve been impressed with my physical therapist’s tenacity, empathy, skill, knowledge, helpfulness, dependability and willingness to research any problem relating to PT I encountered. Her personality was caring and positive and she was extremely resourceful.

We felt extremely lucky to have such caring, encouraging and stellar people assisting my mother. Her nurse, was very thorough and attentive, her physical therapist was more amazing than we can mention... major encourager, listened to all mom’s concerns and wants, always going that extra mile to help my mom achieve her goals and make a personal connection all-the-while with safety always present. Her occupational therapist was very personable and targeted areas and we jointly felt would assist her in gaining the strength needed to get back home. We thank mom’s Salus team from the bottom of our hearts, and will gladly recommend Salus to others!
