This was an emergency situation for my family and Salus was able to find staffing for my family over the weekend with less than one day's notice. Your staff really went above and beyond to help me manage a most stressful situation and was in constant contact with me updating me as to the status of the help. My wife and I very extremely happy with the different nurses who administered my wife's IV's and about her overall care. All 3 nurses were all very professional, compassionate and you could tell that they loved their jobs, they are a blessing to be working for Salus, and would highly recommend all of them.

I really liked my physical therapist. He was informative as well as helped me to do my exercises correctly so I would get the most benefit out of them. He was always punctual and would recommend him anytime. He also gave me great advice on how to talk with my Doctor. He advised me to make sure I wrote all my questions down on paper so that I wouldn't for get them. This was a great help and proved very useful. I went in the time before and by the time I asked my Doctor the first question and had it answered I forgot the other 2 I had had for him. By writing it down I didn't lose track of them. Something so simple yet effective. Great advice.

Thank you so much for the most exceptional service. The coordinator in the office was so wonderful to work with. Pleasant, friendly, caring and super helpful. My nurse was my Angel. She provided outstanding nursing and went above & beyond in her kindness and care for me. When I was first home and on the wound-vac I was so depressed and she encouraged me that it will all work out fine ~ she was so affirming and positive about my healing and never made me feel like I was bothering her or taking up her time... She is a treasure to Salus! I hope you know how valuable she is as an ambassador to your company!!! I had had 2 other home nursing services earlier in my surgery/recovery that did not come close to the level of wound expertise and actual care that your company provided.
