I called our Case Manager the evening prior to them starting service with my mom. She had everything arranged and her staff arrived at 0700 the next am as planned! The physical therapist was great.........very easy to work with and never made me feel handicapped with the fact that I couldn't walk as fast or far as she could have, etc. She and I worked very well together on every exercise we did together, she was great at communicating, etc.
