When the need for home health arises it often happens very suddenly, this in turn makes it very difficult to take the time to assess different organizations. We were lucky and knew someone in your company, a long time friend of the family and someone who we trust explicitly. She responded quickly to our need and concerns and we had someone in the home very timely. Our caregiver has been a "God send" for my mother, and aided tremendously in her recovery. I will always, when asked, refer anyone who needs home health to Salus.

I hope my medical group (GNP) stays with Salus. You are far superior to any home health agency I have dealt with in the past! The nurses were always on time or called if time changed which is a big deal to me! The nurses were helpful and fun and made me feel better.

After several earlier physical therapy sessions for other problems some years ago, the Salus effort was a refreshing positive change. From start to finish, the process went smoothly with obvious personal interest in my full recovery by all the Salus team members. I "graduated" in good health with all the tools to regain confidence and mobility. Special kudos to my physical therapist, not only for his high level of expertise and knowledge, but for his extreme patience and understanding during a difficult time.

My nurse was absolutely wonderful. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable and had a very caring demeanor. I looked forward to her visits and was sorry when they had to end. She even sent me a thank you card saying she enjoyed taking care of me. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. The answers on this survey reflect the care she gave me.

I am completely satisfied with the level of service you offered to me during my recovery from knee surgery. Every staff member I communicated with was polite, reassuring and informative Special mention should be made of your PT. From the time of her first visit to my home, it was clear to me that she was skilled, considerate and thoroughly knowledgeable in her field. During the course of home PT, she actively listened to my concerns and provided real answers. She measured my progress and suggested methods of improving my flexibility and extension while I was rehabilitating at home. Finally, she went out of her way to assist with getting me adequate out-patient care through my insurance carrier (Aetna). She spoke to my doctor and insurance carrier to insist upon the best possible care for me. I believe some kind of special recognition should be made for her. Thanks! Lakewood, CA
