Please recognize our caregiver for her outstanding care she gave my Mother in her last days. She was very kind and she has a merciful attitude to the sick and elderly. She followed all instructions and communicated thoroughly with the other caregivers at Lakewood Park Manor. I think she should be recognized for her hard work and attention to detail! I worked with your office manager a lot over the last couple of years and she was always helpful and courteous. I always appreciated her "can-do" attitude!

We were very fortunate to have been assigned our caregiver. She is an outstanding human being. Although I visited my aunt only three times while your caregiver was caring for my aunt, I talked on the phone with her hundreds of times about many things. I feel that I got to know her very well through these contacts. She always "went the extra mile" in every situation. She never shied away from doing the correct thing, no matter how difficult it was. She has an excellent sense for understanding the psychological state of a patient and cannot be bluffed or controlled. She knows when it is time to be compassionate and when it time to be firm. She has a wonderful sense of humor and is just a fun person to be around with her upbeat personality! She is an excellent teacher. When she arrived on the scene, my aunt was not taking good care of herself at all. She was not cooking for herself properly nor was her personal hygiene good. Your caregiver cleaned out my aunt's outdated food and began cooking nutritious food for her. She patiently taught and retaught her about her personal hygiene to prevent infections. Her help in all these areas was invaluable; both my daughter and I will be forever grateful to her for lessening our work burden. She has become a friend for life for my aunt, my daughter and myself.
