I have worked with one of Salus' case managers for many years. She always come through for me when I need a caregiver for one of my clients. I can count on her to answer my call and to follow through until I have the care I need. She understands the necessity of providing not only good care, but care that is tailored to each person she works with. She follows up to be sure that everything is in order and that I am happy with the caregivers. The quality of caregivers is excellent as well - well trained, kind, focused. I feel fortunate to know Salus and to have someone like her to work with as we strive to take the best care of our elderly clients.

When we first approached Salus in regard to the care of our parents, both in their late 80's, we had no idea what challenges lay ahead. Six years later, we can honestly say we have experienced it all, from skin tears and bed sores to digestion issues and catheter problems, and everything in between. After a short period of determining which caregivers were a good match for our parents, we settled on a group of incredibly dedicated and caring individuals from Salus, who were with our parents to the end. They became our eyes and ears for our parents' well-being and frequently they would text us or send pictures to keep us apprised. We will be forever grateful for their service and for doing their very best to improve the quality of life of our parents. We also owe a huge debt of gratitude to Salus' case manager and schedulers. They were without exception professional, caring, and competent, which helped to keep as much continuity of caregivers as possible. We highly recommend Salus to anyone requiring homecare or hospice care.

Your caregivers took such good care of our dad. It wasn't easy to trust anyone other than family with him. They knew exactly how to handle him and did so with respect and great compassion. We very much appreciated their kind words after our dad passed. Your staffing supervisor worked hard figuring out the exact kind of caregivers we wanted. Our case manager was unbelievable!! The minute we met her we knew Salus was who we wanted to work with. She is very knowledgeable and genuinely caring. She understood exactly what we needed and made us feel totally comfortable with the whole process. She went above and beyond our expectations! We are truly grateful for the whole team!
