Our experience with Salus was very good. Our caregiver was absolutely the best person we could have possibly had take care of my mother...she would end up working 7 to 12 days straight so that my mother was cared for in the way we wanted she was a GOD sent to us all. Communication with your staff could have been better, I would email and then not hear back so I was unsure of the coverage for my mother especially on weekends until almost the last minute. Thank you

Very knowledgeable, loving, and excellent at encouraging me to make better choices regarding my future health. It was very apparent that they both loved their career with Salus. I would definitely refer your agency to someone needing home health care. Everyone needs a kind, gentle, soft-spoken, caring nurse after being confined to a hospital. Salus provided high quality and compassionate care to my Mom while she was in hospice for an unusually long time, 15 months. Visits by the nursing staff kept me informed of my mother's well being and any changes required for her care. Both the nurses and doctor made routine visits and worked very well with the long-term caretakers my mother had for several years before hospice. My mom was very well taken care of and I was able to provide her with her wishes ... to die at home surrounded by love. Salus was an instrumental part of this wish. I would be happy to talk with anyone considering hospice .... I have had extensive interactions with the management, financial and direct care staff. They are solid providers and I have no hesitancy providing a recommendation.
