The nurses's and caregivers have been wonderful. Nurse's are helpful with questions about medication and advise me when I should talk to my Dr. about a problem. The caregivers are also wonderful. Lately I have been trying to do things for myself as I know I won't have them around forever. They standby in case I have a problem. Don't know what I would have done without them.

My husband was only on hospice for seven days. Salus Hospice could not have been nicer. The nurse has been a friend for over 20 years. She cared for my mother and then my husband. She was always so helpful.

As our large family gathered around our beloved dad, at Mission Hospital after his Directives had been updated, we were determined to bestow as much love, cheer, and outstanding care upon him that he had always given us. It would be our third experience with hospice on behalf of loved ones this year and we had appreciated the support of two other providers, but were understandably weary. The hospitalist highly recommended Salus Hospice to us. Within minutes, your vibrant Community Liaison breezed into Dad's room with a huge smile. Just minutes into her presentation we knew that this experience would be far superior to any support that we had previously experienced or could ever imagine! Her enthusiasm for personalizing a care plan that would both optimize the quality of such precious days with an evolving care plan was of such assurance to us all. Rapidly, we would become aware that every single Salus professional would provide the same enthusiasm, hope, and outstanding care on our Dad's behalf. Seemlessly, Dad's nurse so competently caring and professional, arranged for transport home and spent hours personalizing a care plan, arranging for medical equipment, team members, and medications. We were so grateful to welcome the Salus social worker into the home and have all the benefits of the social/emotional support that she would so generously and continually become a resource for. Dad so looked forward to the CHHA's visits for bathing! He connected with Dad and his special skills were immensely appreciated. Finally, my daughter and I were leaving a medical appointment yesterday when we ran into your Community Liaison, Salus briefcase in hand, walking into an oncology office. After we effusively greeted her, my daughter shared... "Some fortunate patient and their family is just about to be blessed beyond ANYthing they could ever imagine!" With gratitude beyond expression
