Our Salus case manager was and continues to be an outstanding case manager. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, always readily available and is a great communicator. She also was a very good problem solver. There has been some variation in the quality of our caregivers, but the most recent ones were fantastic. I'm very thankful for the help hospice offered, in addition to that of my son. He is a paramedic and stayed overnight, two nights, to help. It would have been difficult to deal with my husband's illness on my own.
