Thank you so much for the most exceptional service. The coordinator in the office was so wonderful to work with. Pleasant, friendly, caring and super helpful. My nurse was my Angel. She provided outstanding nursing and went above & beyond in her kindness and care for me. When I was first home and on the wound-vac I was so depressed and she encouraged me that it will all work out fine ~ she was so affirming and positive about my healing and never made me feel like I was bothering her or taking up her time... She is a treasure to Salus! I hope you know how valuable she is as an ambassador to your company!!! I had had 2 other home nursing services earlier in my surgery/recovery that did not come close to the level of wound expertise and actual care that your company provided. As the services provided to my mother was made by me long distance, it is difficult for me to assess the individuals who cared for her regarding appearance, or cleanliness. But my case worker and at least one off the care givers, provided me with outstanding communication for which I am extremely grateful.
