Our case manager is friendly and knowledgeable and has made herself available for the family. Our primary caregiver is wonderful and we have had others who are also really good and caring. The times we have had a caregiver who is not a good fit, or has not given the quality of care we have come to expect from Salus, the scheduling team has been good about not sending them out again. The office staff have been great with scheduling-- always patient and helpful; they have filled every single shift we've needed. Pretty extraordinary in over three years! And the billing department does a great job in billing. The couple of times there has been a glitch, they have been great at explaining and fixing the problem. Thank you for your hard work. We appreciate it!

When my wife and I requested the services of Salus, we were not totally sure of the type of services we would need. Would a nurse be required? Would someone who would perform such tasks as cooking and cleaning be required? It turned out that the condition of my wife was so serious that I or one of my family (sons, daughter-in-law) had to be physically present at all times. Consequently, the services of Salus funneled to cooking, cleaning, etc. Those staff members all did a great job - especially the final staff member. I'll be glad to recommend your service and would call upon you again if it were ever necessary.
