I was unable to personally observe the ladies that watched over my mom as it was overnight, but I did meet one of the caregivers. Both seemed to relate their time with mom in a professional and a comprehensive manner in the logs. Having them there kept her safe while she recovered from a couple of bad falls and definitely eased my mind. You were easy to work with when needing to adjust times to come and leave, when the staff in her memory care overlapped. Thank you

My nurse was great - it happens that I worked with her 2 years ago and now again as I'm starting the Meds again. She was very punctual, went thru everything in detail and took her time. She answered all of my questions and my husbands. I wish all of my experiences with healthcare professionals were this good.
