I was particularly pleased with your physical therapist. She's an excellent PT and person. Also, the Home Health Nurse was excellent and professionally very knowledgable. Would like to also mention the two other staff members who visited who were also excellent: your OT and LVN. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my home health care. My Dad was very "lost" after the death of my Mother, since they had been together almost 70 years. His dementia got much worse, and he was very sad and confused. Your caregivers were exceptional with my Dad. They exhibited real compassion while being careful with my Dad's safety.

Please see my Google+ review. Our caregiver was excellent. Salus was professional and prompt in dealing with both cases. My dad was a very difficult case and the best thing that Salus did to address the issues with the weekend and substitute caregivers was to bring them in during the week, at Salus's own expense, and have them trained by our regular weekday caregiver. They did not do that initially and once they started doing that, it made an enormous difference. Thanks to everyone at Salus who helped to make my dad's care so excellent.

Our case manager did a wonderful job and our caregiver was fantastic in his role as caretaker to our father. The gentleman who handled the scheduling made sure that we always had coverage, and that there was enough overlap for training. Service was seamless.
