We can't thank you enough for all that your staff has done for my Father & family. The staff that you sent has helped my Dad tremendously more in the few weeks that you provided than the 2 years that he was taking Speech, PT & OT. He is talking & laughing more, his depression seems to be completely gone, he has more confidence in his speech & doesn't feel like he is a berden anymore. You gave us our Dad & my Mom her husband back. Everyone of your staff & the professionalism that they brought were a 5+++++++++. We are so happy that you brought your staff into our lives. I have bosted & recomend your services to everyone wheather it is needed or not. There are just not words that can tell you how grateful we are to your services. We only wish that we could have a few more sessions with the OT & Speech therapist. They made such amazing progress with my Dad but he could use more therapy in those areas.

I was particularly pleased with your physical therapist. She's an excellent PT and person. Also, the Home Health Nurse was excellent and professionally very knowledgable. Would like to also mention the two other staff members who visited who were also excellent: your OT and LVN. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my home health care. I attribute my continuing improvement specially to the physical therapy, advice and caring.

My Dad was very "lost" after the death of my Mother, since they had been together almost 70 years. His dementia got much worse, and he was very sad and confused. Your caregivers were exceptional with my Dad. They exhibited real compassion while being careful with my Dad's safety.

My experience with Salus was very positive, from start to finish. The case manager was friendly, knowledgeable and available to us as we asked questions and made decisions. My caregiver was a perfect fit for me. I was comfortable with her and felt safe in her care. She was kind and caring, helping me when I needed help but encouraging me to try to do things on my own.

Please see my Google+ review. Our caregiver was excellent. Salus was professional and prompt in dealing with both cases. My dad was a very difficult case and the best thing that Salus did to address the issues with the weekend and substitute caregivers was to bring them in during the week, at Salus's own expense, and have them trained by our regular weekday caregiver. They did not do that initially and once they started doing that, it made an enormous difference. Thanks to everyone at Salus who helped to make my dad's care so excellent.

Our case manager did a wonderful job and our caregiver was fantastic in his role as caretaker to our father. The gentleman who handled the scheduling made sure that we always had coverage, and that there was enough overlap for training. Service was seamless.
