Thank you for your services for the past 3/4 years. Everyone will be missed! Our Salus Case Manager was extraordinary in the love that she showed my mother. When I received the referral for a home visit from a nurse, I didn't know what to expect other than that a nurse would come to train me. My Salus nurse far exceeded my expectations. She called to introduce herself and when there was a discrepancy in medical orders, she contacted my doctor for clarification and followed up with me every step of the way. On the day of our appointment, she arrived right on time, she went over the required paperwork, and took inventory of all my medication. Throughout the visit, she was the consummate professional. For someone who has been experiencing anxiety since my diagnosis, I am so grateful for the training I received from her. Thank you!

Hi, I am the patient's daughter. I have been helping my mother all through her hip fracture rehabilitation related issues. There were several people involved in the treatment and evaluation during the time that my other received services from you. The Physical therapist was the best therapist and company rep that we encountered. My mom loved him and they got along great. He is really good at communicating and cares about his patients from what I can see.
