My mom is now on hospice and with that, I had to let go of Salus. I have been blessed by all of the people who worked with my mom. Every person I spoke with was kind and patient, and understanding of my intermittent ignorance. My mom received excellent care from the therapists and nurses who came out to visit. I am so grateful for the services provided to my mom through Salus. We had the best team of caregivers possible for Mom. As with anything, you must try out options and see which works best. Salus helped us through several care conferences until we found just the perfect mix of help for Mom. I couldn't have been happier. Salus is very willing to hear concerns ... and they highly encourage it. Any concern we had was dealt with quickly and appropriately. St. Jude Hospital recommended Salus to us, and we are so glad they did! Our caregiver is excellent, and we needed a strong man to handle our dad. Actually, all Salus staff and caregivers were patient and understanding. We couldn't ask for a better company to work with. THANK YOU SALUS!

From the first meeting until the last day of service, we have only great things to say about Salus and have been singing your praises to all of our friends with aging parents. The caregivers were respectful of being in my Mom's home and respectful of her privacy, they could not have been more kind and caring of my Dad. They were conscious of cleanliness, and most of all of not causing him more pain while caring for him and moving him. The night staff was well versed in death and took the time to explain what we could expect in my Dad's last days and hours. Our nighttime caregivers became like family, they made Dad's passing much more palatable, peaceful and serene - we were blessed to have them each night. Thank you Salus for providing the best end of life care I can imagine for my Dad. They were respectful of being in my Mom's home and respectful of her privacy, they could not have been more kind and caring of my Dad. Our nurse did an outstanding job of administering wound care to my 97 year old mother and helping the wound to heal quickly and without complications. She was kind and respectful to both my mother and me, and she made herself available any time for questions or concerns. She is an outstanding employee of Salus Homecare. It is because of her that I would recommend Salus.
