I was extremely satisfied with my Salus Home Care experience. I was concerned about leaving my mother home alone, but I needed work to pay the bills. When I searched for possible home care agencies, Salus was a name that came up in recommendations again and again. When I contacted Salus, my case worker, came to the hospital in which my mother was staying. She was extremely helpful and understanding of my mother’s needs. She was able to setup home care for my mother on short notice, and coordinated with the hospital to start the service on the day my mother was released. The home care staff was excellent, and my mother felt comfortable and safe in their care. I was especially impressed with their skill and patience in dealing with my now bed-bound (and irritable) mother. When my mother passed away, the staff member on duty, stayed with me until the hospice nurse arrived. I will always be grateful for her comforting presence. All in all, my experience with Salus Home Care was excellent, and I would happily recommend them for anyone’s home care needs.

I must say, Dad's caregiver attended his funeral and has visited Mom on several occasions just to see how she's doing! Overall, I was satisfied with SALUS and, if Mom is approved to receive benefits through the VA, we would select you again. "Thank You" for all that was done to make Dad's final months easier for all of us!

I was quite pleased with the services I received from the home health care staff especially the physical therapist. He was courteous, respectful and most helpful. His care was outstanding. He went above and beyond in his care and concern for my well being. I was also quit pleased with the office staff. They were by accommodating in setting up appointments for me and always reminded me well in advance of the schedule so that I could make adjustments if necessary.

I can only say wonderful things about Salus Home Care. I called them when my father was very ill and passing away, the care giver we received became like a member of our family. After many months of care as well as the Hospice service Salus recommended we were able to say goodbye to our father in a dignified manner that made all the difference in the world to all of us. He was able to pass away with family and friends at his side, and not strangers or nurses and machines. Salus is an A+ company in my family's book and if we ever find ourselves in the same situation with a loved one, they'll be the first call we make. Their professionalism and compassion made the difference to our family and what we wanted! We are forever grateful to Salus Home Care, our case manager and especially my father's caregiver!
