Every staff member I communicated with was polite, reassuring and informative Special mention should be made of your PT. From the time of her first visit to my home, it was clear to me that she was skilled, considerate and thoroughly knowledgeable in her field. During the course of home PT, she actively listened to my concerns and provided real answers. She measured my progress and suggested methods of improving my flexibility and extension while I was rehabilitating at home. Finally, she went out of her way to assist with getting me adequate out-patient care through my insurance carrier (Aetna). She spoke to my doctor and insurance carrier to insist upon the best possible care for me. I believe some kind of special recognition should be made for her. Thanks! Lakewood, CA
