My dad received nearly around-the-clock caregiving for 10 days. Each of the 5 caregivers we worked with was truly exceptional. They went above and beyond in caring for my dad who was bedbound. They were all professional, knowledgeable, kind, and hard working. It was a great comfort to my family that, during a very stressful time, we at least felt confident that my dad was receiving the best possible care. Our case manager, was always available, patient, and communicative, as were the scheduling staff.
