My 104 year old mom was on both Salus Home Health and Salus Hospice, and the care she received was extraordinary. I have dealt with a number of healthcare companies in the two and a half years of my mom's declining health, and Salus was by far the best. The Home Health nurses were very caring and compassionate, and they called before and after every visit with my mom. I could reach them on weekends, and at first I was disappointed to learn that they would not be the same nurses when my mom transitioned to Hospice. Well it turns out the Salus Hospice nurses were just as caring, always available, and took wonderful care of my mom up until the minute she passed. That can not be an easy job, and I have nothing but praise for everyone at Salus. Thanks for your care and help.

We were very pleased at the service we received from Salus. This was mostly because of the efforts of our visiting nurse. Not only was she competent in her own tasks but was instrumental in helping us with all the parts of my home care. She helped coordinate the medical devices and supplies necessary to make this event come to a successful and speedy resolution. Her caring for both me and my wife's concerns about my condition make us less fearful and more relaxed. She never overstepped her boundaries as a nurse and referred us back to the doctor about my medical condition. Her attitude was always positive the moment she stepped into our house which made us more comfortable about my medical condition. We felt fortunate to have her take care of me.

My situation is different from most of your customers, I was wanting to bring my husband home from a nursing home 5 days early. The intake person took care of everything. She kept on top of getting his medical needs from the nursing home and coordinating with me what I needed to do. The nurse you sent to help me was fantastic, she went beyond her duties. She called his doctors with questions and stayed on top of my husbands needs. The primary caregiver you sent was great, very experienced and helpful. He was very enthusiastic and knew what was best for my husband. This was the second time I've used your company and I'm pleased with how I was treated and what you did for me.
