We were disappointed to learn that because of ongoing health issues, Salus needed to discharge my spouse...we hardly got started at home before she returned to the hospital. Our Salus case manager has been wonderful explaining the process and why she had to be discharged...but we're still disappointed. We look forward to returning home and re-engaging Salus.
