We were very pleased with our case managers. Staffing was FABULOUS in the office, handling difficult scheduling dilemmas and matching my mom with the right caregivers - both the regular ones and the occasional substitute. And our caregivers, were ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! My mom loved them like family, and they loved her right back. They both came to my mom's funeral and we're still in touch with both of them.
