This company came highly recommended to me from a past employee of the company! We signed up at 4 pm and at 7 pm we had someone starting their 12 hour shift and the guy came from an hour away. I feel terrible that i cant remember his name but he was GREAT! The Case manager was amazing, as well. Everyone is so compassionate and understanding and knowledgeable and helpful. I was so happy I had them and don't know what I would have done without them. You don't have to go this alone. I would totally recommend this company. In fact, my mom's friends have asked for the number. What was most impressive to me was that all of a sudden the caregiver said to me, "He's going now" I was like "What?" then he said did you just see that? (Dad took a breath) and that was his last. Hopefully there will never be another need but if there is, I will call Salus. I just wish they had a more memorable name because I can never remember it.

Your 2 nurses who were assigned to my case were completely the opposite, both were knowledgeable, professional, paid attention to detail and a pleasure to work with. Both listened to my concerns and did not discount my opinion.
