Your case manager came to our home right away, explained the mission of Salus, what kind of care could be provided, cost, etc., all while giving us such comfort. The caregivers always showed up, on time, looking professional, kind to my Mom. Sometimes the level of care didn't always match our needs. Having said that, Mom was in her final days before she passed, and was deteriorating so rapidly. It was extremely difficult to keep up with her ever changing needs. Through a difficult situation, I was always able to call the staff supervisor with updates and the care was adjusted. I always felt heard, and was comforted throughout the entire process. Whatever the issue, Salus was able to provide a solution in a timely manner. I will be ever grateful for the care Salus provided during a difficult time for our entire family.

I was under a lot of stress at the time and felt confused when I received your bills asking me to pay, because I knew that you knew that our long term care insurance would pay the bills. But your office clarified that issue for me to my satisfaction, so the problem was easily resoved. Overall, I will give Salus Homecare an "A" grade.
