The nurse did a great job pulling out my PICC line on two different occasions. Didn't even know she had started and it was done. Occasionally the office must push the appointment window due to traffic. Not a big deal. I understand LA traffic. Overall very helpful.

The caregivers were outstanding. They were professional, attentive and dedicated to making sure my father was comfortable and engaged when he was awake. Their experience and caring for terminally ill patients was evident, and we were very fortunate to have them caring for our beloved father.

My nurse was a great nurse. She took her time and listened to all potential problems that I was facing after surgery. She took initiative to change to a different wound care treatment that helped heal the wound faster than if we would have stuck with the surgeon's recommendations. After spending 6 weeks in the hospital, I had my share of nurses and yours was by far, one of the best I encountered.

Your Executive Director was very easy to work with, explained things very well. The office manager did an outstanding job of keeping me informed of staff changes, making appointments for my mom and in giving me feedback on how my mom was doing. Can't thank her enough. The case manager very good about taking my mom to her Dr. Appointments and lifting her spirits. The caregivers were great. They were really there for my mom. At first my mom did not appreciate all they were doing for her, but grew to like them and that was really good to see. It made it better for my mom. They gave me good feedback on how my mom was doing good or bad. I really felt I could trust them. They could get my mom to do things she needed to do and they took her out on rides, lunch and her hair appointments. They are very positive people and were very good at changing subjects to help steer my mom toward good things. They were very good at keeping me informed and in catching problems my mom might be having, including needing to see her Doctor for a couple of things. I felt I could trust these people to take good care of my mom. Overall I was very pleased with the team.
