My mother has been in the care of Salus Homecare for 3 years. We have been so fortunate to have this company in our life as they have been wonderful! Starting with our case manager, she is always there at any moment to help us with anything that comes up. She is an amazing woman in how she handles such difficult situations. The staffing supervisor is so understanding when things come up with caretakers or my mother's situations. He is always there for us and handles everything so professional. Over the past 3 months we needed Salus Home Health to come in and once again they were incredible in seeing and understanding my mother's needs, she had to have a very serious melanoma surgery (which became infected). Because of this she required in home nursing daily. In the beginning we had two wonderful nurses that rotated coming to my mother's home to take care of a very serious wound. Under their professional guidance and also working with our surgeon they were successful in healing the wound. They saved her life! They were so amazing in the way they approached my mother, always so gentle and very informative with his wisdom on wound care. We truly miss them! They were just so lovely and very gentle with my mother also. They were such a great team and we will be forever grateful for their incredible support! We feel very blessed that we found Salus many years ago...I know they will always be there for us!

The services and recommendations I received were excellent. The physical therapist was particularly was very helpful in her instructions and the completion of the exercises. The nurses were also very helpful and responded to my questions and completed their duties professionally.

Our caregivers were very cautious in regards to safety with client. One went above and beyond by offering to take us to the airport. Her added assistance was very much appreciated and made for a smooth transition to and upon arrival at the airport. We give her high marks - she is certainly an employee you want with your agency! Wanted to mention that your office staff provided excellent customer service many times over. Thank you P.S. Our dad is doing well and has adjusted to his new living quarters.
