My physical therapist provided exercises for me to help increase my strength and stamina. She also provided exercises to assist me with balance. Her instructions were very clear and she provided drawings to assist me in remembering the exercises. She was pleasant, friendly and encouraging. I continue to do the PT exercises to this day! Kudos to her and Salus Home Health.
