Our case manager, Quincie Novella, handled all the paperwork and contacted our Long Term Care to check the benefits for us. She even stopped by on her day off to make sure everything was going well. Jelly stayed with us through the nights and allowed me to get some badly needed sleep. She was punctual, kind, caring, proactive, watchful and we trusted and depended on her instantly.
