Thank you so much for working with us to care for mom so we could have a break. Upon our return, mother even commented that I wasn't caring for her correctly. I wasn't doing it the way Carmen did. Now, that is saying something. Mom is very fussy who cares for her! I felt very comfortable leaving mom in the capable hands of Salus Homecare. If needed, I will be glad to call on your services again.

October 17, 2011I was very pleased with the responsiveness of the management team during the inital discussions of the contract, and the responsiveness and flexibility of the management/supervisor staff as we were finalizing the details of services. Once the service was initiated, I appreciated the responsiveness of the care manager and supervisor as we negotiated the 'feeling out' phase of the service (as the clients got comfortable with the presence of the live-in staff). The primary care giver assigned to the case was attentive and thorough and very diligent about following instructions from the doctors and therapists (and was remarkably attentive to the housekeeping elements of the assignment.) Overall, I consider my experience with Salus to be very positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend Salus to anyone needing homecare services.
