We were directed to Salus from the Hospice Care Company that was caring for my mother-in-law. We were given only a few hours to have a qualified Nurse in place to care for her 24 hours a day and being that we were out of state, we were very afraid to hire someone that we had no knowledge about. I was very scared but I was assured by Salus of their capabilities and given so much information that I felt super comfortable hiring your company, sight unseen, to take care of her. It was only a short 3 days that we had Salus in place before my mother-in-law passed, but we had such great communication between the Nurses and ourselves that we felt so good about our decision to hire them on. When you are not near by to get an actual visual of the situation it is terrifying, but the Nurses kept us informed at every turn and showed my mother-in-law so much love and care. Even though she was not awake, they rubbed lotion on her and gave her gentle massages to help her stay calm and relaxed. I am forever grateful for all of the work that Salus did for us and caring for my mother-in-law in her final days.

After several earlier physical therapy sessions for other problems some years ago, the Salus effort was a refreshing positive change. From start to finish, the process went smoothly with obvious personal interest in my full recovery by all the Salus team members. I "graduated" in good health with all the tools to regain confidence and mobility. Special kudos to my physical therapist, not only for his high level of expertise and knowledge, but for his extreme patience and understanding during a difficult time.

My nurse was absolutely wonderful. Great bedside manner, very knowledgeable and had a very caring demeanor. I looked forward to her visits and was sorry when they had to end. She even sent me a thank you card saying she enjoyed taking care of me. She definitely went above and beyond the call of duty. The answers on this survey reflect the care she gave me.

I am completely satisfied with the level of service you offered to me during my recovery from knee surgery. Every staff member I communicated with was polite, reassuring and informative Special mention should be made of your PT. From the time of her first visit to my home, it was clear to me that she was skilled, considerate and thoroughly knowledgeable in her field. During the course of home PT, she actively listened to my concerns and provided real answers. She measured my progress and suggested methods of improving my flexibility and extension while I was rehabilitating at home. Finally, she went out of her way to assist with getting me adequate out-patient care through my insurance carrier (Aetna). She spoke to my doctor and insurance carrier to insist upon the best possible care for me. I believe some kind of special recognition should be made for her. Thanks! Lakewood, CA
