This was our first experience with hospice. We interviewed a couple prior to picking you. We felt that Salus was the best fit for us. It started when I made the first call, someone answered right away and answered all of my questions. It was a sad time for us as our mom/mother in law was 99 and the sweetest person that you were ever to meet. We wanted to get this right! The clinicians were the most caring, compassionate people. Our mom loved them all. When mom needed something, she got it right away. The after hours care was great as well. Thank you Salus. We are singing your praises!

All nurses and physical therapists were courteous and respectful, they were also patient, working with his limitations, both medically and age related. Also, they had to start over as he had surgery and injuries - not related to their care. This was a helpful part of his recovery. Each one a delight to meet and work with.
