Both the RN and PT were professional, courteous and efficient in conduct. The PT was my primary person for therapy and obviously very knowledgeable. There was no wasted time and I improved noticeably. I'll be requesting additional physical therapy in my June appointment with SCDS and hope we are able to extend.

We had several (close to a dozen) care providers over the course of the 4 months of home care needs. Nearly all were professional and performed at or above expectations. The exceptions were noted and corrective action was provided by the Salus leadership.
