My caregiver was professional yet personable. She always arrived within 5 minutes of the appointed time due to parking availability. She was always neat and clean in appearance. She faced any chores, e.g., taking me to doctor's appointments, grocery shopping, etc., all the while being mindful of my safety. As for Salus my case manager, I found her cheerful, as well as professional and informative. I hope to keep in contact with both of these ladies, even though we are no longer professionally linked.
