What is Home Health Care?
Home health care services provide individuals with nursing and therapeutic services when they prefer home recovery to inpatient care. Provided by licensed medical professionals with expertize in managing and treating health related concerns, these services often speed recovery, help individuals to avoid setbacks and make health care convenient, affordable and comfortable.
Salus Homecare of San Diego’s long term home health is appropriate for individuals who need more permanent assistance to manage their medical conditions.
Advantages of Long Term Nursing Care:
- Supports a client in the home environment
- Professional monitoring of medications for accuracy and side effects
